How to Log in to Your University Email

Step 1: Open the Gmail app on your phone.
Step 2: On the top right corner, tap your profile icon.
Step 3: From the menu that appears, select “Add another account.”
Step 4: In the next menu, choose Google. This will take you to the email entry page.
Step 5: Enter your university email address in the format:
       A12-1234-2025@student.mksu.ac.ke
Step 6: Enter your password in the format:
       KCSE index number-2024 e.g (12345678-2024)
Step 7: Read and accept the Terms and Conditions to complete the setup.
Once done, your university email will be successfully added to your Gmail app, and
you can start using it right away.
